Specify AGP glass with confidence
Specifier Guide
For complete window system specification details, refer to the APL Specifier Guide. It outlines system performance, component compatibility, compliance requirements and integration details to assist informed design and documentation decisions. AGP glass, alongside sister company APL Window Solutions' frames deliver a fully aligned window solution.
EBOSS is an online library of product catalogues from New Zealand's leading architectural product suppliers, including AGP and APL's Altherm, First and Vantage brands. Products in the EBOSS library contain scope of use, limitations and building code compliance information, case studies, warranties and more.
Detailed specification clauses for products are available on the Masterspec website under both AGP and APL Window Solutions. Masterspec serves the New Zealand construction industry with a pre-formatted, up-to-date database of specification clauses, using an online interface to structure, edit, add support documentation and output to multiple formats.

Sustainability accreditations
We are committed to designing and manufacturing high-performance glazing solutions that improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support healthier, more sustainable buildings across New Zealand.
Alongside our sister company, APL Window Solutions, our products have been certified in a number of accreditations. All of APL's sustainability accreditations include AGP glass to complete the window system.
Understanding the global standard of EPDs
Local data matters for New Zealand building projects.
When it comes to understanding the true environmental impact of building materials, not all EPDs are created equal. Although EPDs follow strict international standards, the quality and relevance of the underlying data can vary widely, especially when generic international data is applied to New Zealand conditions.
We believe that transparency and accountability are essential to building better homes and better futures. That's why our EPDs capture detailed, New Zealand-specific information across every part of our vertically integrated supply chain. This helps architects, builders, and homeowners make confident, informed decisions backed by accurate, independently verified data.
International EPDs often rely on generic global datasets and may not reflect New Zealand's energy mix, transport distances, labour practices or end-of-life outcomes. This can significantly understate or misrepresent the environmental impact of imported products used in NZ projects.
Below is a table outlining the EPD data used in our complete window system EPD (including APL frames and AGP glass), in comparison to generic data.
